• Manage the delivery of selected regeneration projects throughout all stages, from planning to successful delivery and handover. Projects encompass a variety of building types, including residential, retail, cultural, community facilities, as well as public realm and infrastructure works.

• Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Assets & Places function and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy.
• Manage all design work required through the project life cycle. (Strategy visibility, Business case development, collecting requirement, managing Stakeholders, preparing Scope of Work, and technical support during the construction phase).

- Providing leadership for all project requirements, working closely with project/construction manager and other engineering disciplines to develop and execute an effective project plan right from RPF preparation, tender documentation until closing & handover.

- Supervising the activities of assigned projects; directing assigned personnel in meeting cost and time schedules, verifying materials/equipment and assuring results meet design requirements.

- Offering engineering support in verifying drawings, specifications, and work of contractors; ensuring preparation of “as built” drawings, construction drawings, maintaining manuals and ensuring schedules are progressing in the most efficient manner possible.

- Managing end-to-end project lifecycle in addition to identifying project resources requisitions for field purchases and tracking project milestones.

- Providing technical support and sound engineering judgment on constructability, maintainability, Contractor’s work and system enhancements related to the project; and preparing construction estimates, cost engineering studies, schedules, and budgets.

- Liaising with stakeholders for project scoping, time and resource requirements and scheduling construction activities; preparing reports on site-work progress and maintaining effective communication with all parties involved (consultants/Contractors/Government Agencies, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provided project and site support as necessary including scheduling workflow, contract negotiations, supervising work of subcontractors to meet agreed design specifications and project within the envisaged time frame.

- Offered innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning /scheduling problems in addition to managing project budgets and tracking project milestones and compliance with established targets.

- Contributed to the successful performance of the assigned site through constant tracking and the delivery of annual, monthly and weekly progress reports to management for review and decision making.

- Participated in meetings to help resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines including governmental departments for seeking licenses and permits.

- Performed site inspection and reviewed all completed works for establishing design goals and project milestones.

I had a responsibility as a Designer in Interior Spaces. in this short period, I worked on Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University project with my colleagues and as an Architect Engineer while supervising the installation on site.
