Manage all municipality related services (administrative, legal, and licensing) in coordination with relevant government authorities and Commercial.

Solving all the Government issues
Conduct research and monitor legislation. Also track happenings within the government that could affect the organization. Proactively, research policies to see what changes could be advantageous and which trends might negatively impact their company in the future
Call and coordinate with new staff to complete their papers
Coordinate with immigration and passports Dept. in the state
Provide the full support to Legal Dept. in emergency cases such as car license and medical issues for new staff.
Control the in/out flight ticket issue for the staff and the guests
Distribute the tasks to department’s employees according to their skills to avoid any interruption
Submit the temporary residents visa form (neither guests nor temporary staff)
Re-new the residents of staff
For visas, Dealing with state’s Embassies
For new staff and guests (staying more than a month), preparing and Follow- up the CID letter and medical Certificate
Arrange the staying for foreign visitors and new staff (such as their accommodation, flight tickets and transportation).
Coordinate with finance dept. for invoices
Handle the petty cash
Issue the exit permit to all staff
Issue the health Card for staff
Issue the vehicle License for staff
Cancel the RP for final leaving Employees
Issue the tourism office visa for guests
