Responsible of the Customer Care department managing team of 2, actively involved in operations, handling customer calls, chats and queries through Zendesk.
Responsible of marketing services across different countries including Brazil, France, Italy, Australia and USA. Active involvement in customer management, managing a team of 4 quality auditors on regular basis and management of monthly schedules for the marketing department.
2-month internship programme focused at learning how everyday dealings take place with companies such as Nestle, Master Paints and Nippon Paints, involving official visits to such companies to carry out daily transactions. Carried out a project on shoe companies with the aim to research about prominent shoe companies in Lahore such as Milli Shoes, Stylo Shoes and Strarlet, convincing them to get their packaging from Packages Ltd.
