Overview and handle all tasks related to purchasing, logistics, inventory and the
administration workflow.
Duties:
* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Purchasing,
stocks and dispatching to departments, through improvements to each
function as well as coordination.
* Monitor and maintain receivables at a recommended level from Clients.
* Make sure that the accounts team manages day to day processing of
accounts receivable using ERP system, through daily invoices, credit lines
to customers and payment terms.
* Generating Quarterly reports based on stock levels per supplier versus
sales on PIVOT TABLE.
* Devise and Implement logistics strategy and policies in coordination with
the corporate logistic department.
* Implement Good Distribution Practice standards.
* Manage supplier’s relationships and assist in building effective
partnerships.
* Deal with suppliers, forwarders and help to lower the cost and secure
agreements in coordination with the corporate logistic department.
* Oversee all JAFZA procedures: Visa, renewal/termination of licensing,
gate pass, and portal update.
* Control all expenses beginning from suppliers to customers.
* Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the division to ensure
performance stability and efficiency.
* Fulfill objectives and directions from the management.
* Monitor stock levels to prevent stock shortages and control optimum
stock levels.
* Effective Monthly inventory and reporting.
