- Supervision of accounting professionals and lead most day to day operations of the department.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure periodic closing, within time limits.
- Maintain SAP and perform different accounting transactions.
- Strict implementation of priority accounting controls and account analysis procedures and filling the forms of the procedures on monthly basis.
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) on monthly basis and according to deadline.
- Review and checking monthly banks reconciliations and ensure maintaining appropriate level of cash.
- Review and checking supplier’s payments and reconciliation.
- Prepare and review Budget, GM, revenues and expenses reports.
- Accounting department supervision.
- Segregations of duties of the department to avoid conflicts.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Review and amend accounting internal control procedures strict implementation.
- Manage and train staff for various accounting tasks
- Review and insure the accuracy of data on the system.
- Explain accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
- Achieve EIA “annual performance appraisal” HSEQ objective assigned by safety and top management.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Implement health, safety, environment and qualities at all time.
- Comply with policies, procedures and standards at all times.
- Prepare the accounting entries.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts.

- Follow up with A/R and A/P
