Currently Working in Material Department, looking all the Purchases, Making Reports of Monthly Purchases Vs Consumption, following up with the suppliers, looking all the procedure in stores and maintaining Inventory on monthly basis.
Currently working in purchase department handling all the purchase coordinate with the end user also with the supplier to get the delivery on time.

Working in Material department as Purchase Coordinator /Material Dispatch
Responsibilities: • Directly involves in the complete process of receiving, Identifying, storing and distributing all the materials that are ordered by the Materials department.
• To inspect the quality of all the material including the expiry & batch of each item those are received by the stores before storing them for use.
• Create and documents all necessary documents for the items received and items that are to be kept in stores.
• Assign the barcodes and identifications to each item that is stored or issued to the sub store each & every time.
• Responsible departments of Receive/ Issue.
• Assist store officer in maintaining & managing the Re-order levels and Inventory
Management.
• Preparing MIS Report on weekly or Monthly basis of total purchases, total Receipt.
