Senior Senior Work-Over, Completion & Well Service Engineer (2006-2013), Western Desert, Egypt at Qarun Petroleum Company (A joint venture company between EGPC and Apache Ocean Energy).
1)Work as Company Representative with the responsibility of arrange, follow up, plan and Execute well completion jobs, well maintenance, rig/ rigless wire line operations and well
2) Testing operations then report results of well subsurface diagrammatic data to Company Production Technology General Manger
3) ensure that all operations are carried out according to Company’s HSE procedure
4) Investigate and report, up to Company requirements, all accidents, incidents and near misses
5) Execute well service program in safe and cost effective manner
6) Provide support and guidance to service companies’ personnel
7) Review and Evaluation of new Technology
8) Analyze the performance of service companies and evaluate the performance of new tools
9) Supervise, personally, critical and non-Routine operation
10) Overall supervision and preservation of Company’s assets and interests at work locations
11) Job Planning & Report writing
12) Conduct regular meeting with the service companies
13) All Types of Perforations (TCP or Casing Gun) (rig & Rig-less Operations)
14) Well Testing
15) Coiled Tubing Applications
16) Wire & electric line applications (Logging, MDT, RDT, perforations, …)
17) Slick line operations
18) Running production well completion with ESP & Sucker Rod Pump
19) Running Injection well completion with straddle Packer
20) Reservoir Stimulation using traditional methods (Hydraulic Fracturing & Acidizing)

22) Familiar with service companies Hydraulic fracture software
23) Hydraulic Fracturing design
24) Responsible for candidate selection, stimulation treatment design and post-Frac performance evaluation
25) Responsible for quality monitoring of fracturing engineering process at the location
26) Designed, executed and evaluated hydraulic fracturing treatments. Use routinely Data-FRAC analysis to improve Frac treatments. Intensive fracturing activity of over 100 hydraulic Frac treatments per year
27) Performed over 100 well stimulation jobs as a standalone Field Engineer.
28) Reviewing proposals and recommendations for over 100 the stimulation treatments as a design engineer.
29) Monitored field service quality through implementation and improvement of QA/QC procedure.
