Managing tracking and processing daily food panda orders from Asian Countries on Sales Force
CRM. Process Any Refunds or Arrange Re-Delivery for food panda Customers on Sales Force
portal. Call the rider to confirm the delivery of orders if customer comes on live Chat gets dropped
from chat and comes to Email Support. Give ETA for the orders to be delivered to customers.
Keeping the daily target of completing 135+ offline emails on Sales Force Portal. Maintaining 98%
Quality Assurance check each month as a CSR Agent.
Managing tracking and processing daily FBA and FBM orders from USA and UK clients on
Amazon Seller Central accounts. Process Any Refunds or Arrange Re-Delivery for defected pieces
after confirming from customer. Manage Front End and Back End of Customer Orders and verify
the details of the Items by item tags, item names and SKU codes. Call the international shipping
companies to track the customer orders from FedEx, UPS and other shipments and ask the ETA of customer orders from borders asking the time duration to reach to UK and USA warehouses.
