Job Description:
Preparation and Submission of technical shop drawings, material submittals and method of statements.
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the production and execution of works with Architecture & MEP Works and Technical Team.
Preparation of Schedules for site activities and method of statement for each job in accordance with the approved specifications.
Assuring that works are executed in accordance with the approved design & specifications and conforming to criteria, standards and regulations.
Administer and Control the subcontractors Construction Contract and Production works within delegated authority and supervise time, cost, and quantity aspects.
Hold meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate accurate coordination of work sequences. Create detailed area schedules for coordination of the installation works.
Detect and report possible change requests and assist during the variation claims process.
Provide As-Built record drawings

Job Description:
Preparation and Submission of technical shop drawings, material submittals and method of statements.
Coordination between technical trades’ drawings and submissions to detect any possible clash prior to construction.
Coordination between technical and site construction to insure the availability of all required data and drawings for maintaining quality of flow of work and end product.
Site management as acting construction manager.
Conduct meetings with client and consultant on regular bases for reviewing site progress and requirements.
Controlling all site subcontractors’ contracts, scope of work and invoices.
Preparation of monthly intern payment and project status and progress reports.
Planning of execution activities and events and forecasting all needed trades for meeting the assigned dates.
Preparation of Variation of orders of both time and cost.
