Key Contributions:
• Preparation and submission of design proposals to the Design Consultants.
• Management of design and construct contracts taking all the design related decisions based on prevailing industry standards and best practices.
• Review and approval of shop drawings and design calculations submitted by the subcontractors.
• Preparation and submission of RFI’s and Material Submittals for approvals.
• Successful management of Design and subcontractors’ management including award of contracts for structure, hydraulics, electrical, fire, mechanical, lift, windows, roof truss and other packages
• Reporting project cash flow to the management and forecasting cost for each month.
• Preparing and submitting internal monthly reports to management and PCG report to the Client.
• Preparing and submitting monthly progress claims for the Head Contract and evaluating subcontractor claims. Head Contract management with detailed knowledge of AS4300.
• Preparing and submitting RFI for clarification with sketches using Bluebeam.
• Project Document management of Variation registers, EOT’s, RFI’s, SI’s using Procore ensuring latest documents and drawings availability for all the subcontractors and novated consultants.
• Finance management and cash flow management using JobPac and cost management developing additional spreadsheets.

➢ Rose Street Apartments Fitzroy (18 Million AUD) - Basement + GF + 6 Floors (28 No. Apartments)
➢ Hampton East Apartments Project (31 Million AUD - 3 Basements + GF + 8 Floors (72 No. Apartments)
Key Contributions:
•Design Coordination to ensure proposed design drawings of various desciplines are not in contradiction to each other.
• Liaise with all the stake holders including Client, Engineer, Architect, Council, RBS etc.
• Submission of Variation orders and EOT in case of design/ scope change from the Client.
• Preparing contract documents including writing the scope of works negotiating contract work value using CHEOPS.
• Submission of progress payment claim and evaluation of payment claims from subcontractors.
• Project management of various construction sites and planning.

• Lead and managed team of structural engineers, architects and draughtsman.
• Developing preliminary and detailed designs as well as overseeing and guiding the preparation of structural drawingsfor construction.
• Performing design calculations, Concrete Mix Design and analysis using software programs for prestressed concrete elements.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities.
