Actively instruct students, create lesson plans, assign and correct homework, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents and help students prepare for standardized testing.
•Pursues a variety of methodology in teaching and instructing pupils, including lectures, demonstrations and discussion methods.
•Utilizes an adopted course of study, instructional program guidelines, and other materials in planning and developing lesson plans and teaching outlines.
•To work with the Governing Body and staff to determine and fulfill the mission statement.
•To monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and its achievements, responding and reporting to the Governing Body as required.
•To provide a curriculum for the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of all pupils.
•Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and reports pupil academic, social, and emotional growth.
•Plan and prepare lessons in order to deliver the National Curriculum or Overseas curriculum, ensuring breadth and balance in all subjects.
• To be a positive role model, demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behavior which are expected of the children.
•Set homework and plan out-of-class activities to consolidate and extend children’s knowledge and understanding.
•Have a clear understanding of the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs, and use appropriate strategies to engage and support them..
•Use relevant data to monitor progress, set targets and plan subsequent lessons.
Taught two mathematics and one statistics sections.
• Design and present comprehensive lesson plans, which helped students and management to achieve their targets within a given deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate new activities and allocate effective resources.
