Operations Coordinator (US and UK Navy), Shipping Nov 2013- Present
· Working with navy vessels (UK/ US/Turkish/ Spanish) calling port.Taking care of the services they need
during their port stay as per the SRF (service requisition form).
· Vessel pre arrival and departure arrangements. (Ports/securities/suppliers)
· Liaise with supplier, from the quotations till the approvals and ensure all the services should be delivered
on time efficiently.
· Responding to all customer complaints or queries in a efficient manner.
· Communicating with port regarding services to be provided by them within their line of discipline.
· Conducting disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations and taking appropriate action to address
any failings.
· Ensuring the efficient running of administration, filing and office procedures.
· Actively managing subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual agreements.
· Keeping the system updated with all the supplies and correct billing figures.
· Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by law.
· Controlling the order cycle.
· Ensure proper file closing with correct documents and handing over to accounts for final invoicing when the
port call is over.

· Attended all operational communications related to vessel's appointment / arrival / departure.
· Updating, follow up clients and maintaining clients relationships.
· Key account handler for global ship and rig spares logistics division; complete door to door/deck
coordination with principal, suppliers, origin/destination agents & master of vessels/rigs to ensure seamless
execution of operations 24/7.

Crew Handling
· Applying Seamen Visa, Visit Visa.
· Liaising with Principals for getting / giving updates on crew movements.
· Supervising crew attendants in respect of getting permissions from Immigration Authority such as
"immigration, Port etc”
· Ticket arrangement for crews and passengers.
· Liaising with hotel for crew accommodation
• Looking after admission procedures, writing new marketing material and website contents.
• Interacting with Foreign Universities, their Regional Heads and planning upcoming admissions.
• Counseling of Clients regarding new products/ highlighting selling points.
• Arranging seminars, planning new marketing strategies to hit target audience.
• Updating, follow up clients and maintaining clients relationships.
• Coordinating company representation at relevant conferences and exhibition.
• Involved in advertisements and email marketing campaigns.
