• Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development

• Define and manage a cloud operating model and roadmap in alignment with the Digital Insights blueprint and Tech 2025.
• Oversee and lead the design, modelling, and deployment of cloud architectures, standards, and frameworks.
• Scout new cloud technologies and vendors to enable innovation and identify technical enablers
• Manage cloud architecture and establish the capability to monitor new cloud technology developments and trends in the industry
• Build, recruit, retain, manage and develop a world-class cloud architecture team and organization
• Provide thought leadership on foundational cloud architecture best practices and disruptive technology trajectory and implications
• Establish a cloud center of excellence spanning both private and public cloud as well as able to offer guidance to Telco cloud.

• Translating project-specific needs into a cloud structure that will suit those needs and considering the project needs in terms of resource usage and scalability.
• Designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all of the company's requirements.
• Carrying out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks within this implemented cloud structure.
• Overseeing cloud security.
• Completing the integration of new applications into the cloud environment.
• Reviewing and approving RFI, RFP and RFQ from vendors as well as negotiating development and support contracts.
• Changing existing SDLC practices (Solution delivery framework, change modify for new practice) across the firm to fit new agile ways of working.

• Design and Implement Cloud solutions to different Enterprise Customer leveraging Public Cloud including Cloud Migration, Security and Audit.
• Provides Cloud security expertise in the analysis, assessment, development, and evaluation of security solutions and architectures to secure applications, operating systems, databases, and networks
• Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements, and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers.
• Propose and/or design technical solutions, which include creating prototypes and proofs of concept while maintaining a security mindset
• Stay current on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and controls.

• Certification of new products and software release by conducting testing trails with vendor and share results/feedback with VimpelCom to update information database across all OpCo
• Prepare 5/10 Year Business Plans for Transport Network in light of Company Targets, Network expansions and new Trends.
• Lead HOD review meeting in order to track Transport Projects, Capitalization of Financial KPIs.
• Modernization of EOL equipment with state of art equipment.
• Prepare Cost effective and productive solutions for Corporate Customers.
• Ensure proper Network plans in order to mitigate Network impacts in case of Critical outages by introducing necessary redundancy level.
• Actively participate with VimpelCom at diff ongoing forums which are working for standardization of planning.
