• Work with Emirates Water & Electric Company (EWEC), Ernst & Young and Injazat to analyze and assess best process/systems changes that meet the needs of the EWEC J2C requirements.

• Lead HOD review meeting in order to track Transport Projects, Capitalization of Financial KPIs.
• Modernization of EOL equipment with state of art equipment.
• Prepare Cost effective and productive solutions for Corporate Customers.
• Ensure proper Network plans in order to mitigate Network impacts in case of Critical outages by introducing necessary redundancy level.
• Actively participate with VimpelCom at diff ongoing forums which are working for standardization of planning.
