Assist in the development of brochures, collateral, videos and blogs

- Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Responsible for development, coordination and execution of marketing communications activities by promoting and maintaining good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel.
- Maintain and coordinate photography or collaterals for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel and the marketing department at corporate office.
- Helps with the publication of the hotel’s e-newsletter, gathers and distributes to relevant parties information and clippings of competitor hotels.
- Assists in the production of all displays and digital/printed signage in hotel public areas.
- Content creation for social media.
- Ensure property information is up to date on brand and third party websites with special offers, events, images.
