Contacting the parents of Out of School Children and conducting survey using the data recording and tracking tools provided. Receiving the assigned calls from the Together Team and re-checking of the assigned call slips for over 18 years old children. Creating copy of tracking tools as and when calls made and executing the assigned calls. Filling up the initial call details in the tracking tool before making call and then verifying and gathering all children and parent information. Merging the identified children details withexisting call slips. Rectifying information and moving successful calls in the required folder and by the end of the day merging the master successful call folder. Notifying the Together Team of the detail of extra families who require assistance with admission of their children.
