• Control the reconciliation between the scanned documents vs. original
• Analyze and monitor internal processes
• Authorize and monitor the hold placing and release for loans and credit cards against collateral

• Receive the complain and follow the complain with the customer until we solved
• Make the daily, weekly and monthly Report for internet & call center department .
