The project involved customization of IBM Websphere Commerce Server (WCS) product for client specific requirements. As part of the implementation, research and proof of concept of different modules in WCS were done.

The responsibilities involved Estimation, Project Plan preparation, Design, Coding, Testing and Delivery. Lead a team of 5 people for the New State Implementation project for Kansas and Mississippi.
