procurement operations to overseas site customers located from Romania,
Brazil & India.
Leading team individually with 18 professional buyers to support global
supply chain operations
Effective material sourcing for both NPI/Prototype and regular production
materials
Managing RFX & 'Procure to Pay' Process in supply chain and controlling
bidding and ordering process to vendors
Identification of best supplier and design effective supply chain process for
both local & global source
Establish sourcing/supply chain strategies and discover profitable suppliers
to optimize product values
Responsible to drive VMI and JIT supply plan and manage contracts
Collaborate with stake holder to drive prototype/NPI projects & sourcing
establishments
Strategic negotiations with suppliers and managing agreements
Developing project supply plan, preparing project budgets & contracts
Developing metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement into
achieve working capital target
Collaborate with logistics team to manage freight and customs clearance
process
Evaluate vendor and freight forwarders performance and establish
strategies for improvements
Preparing spend analysis and establish opportunities to streamline
procurement process
Prepare & maintain all QMS documents pertaining to service provided to
customers
Establish procurement systems to ensure timely availability of materials
within the defined parameters of cost, quality & time
Preparing production supply chain plan as per customer overseas products
requirements
Responsible for complete sourcing for both production and prototype
materials (Perfume Products)
Developing new products proposal, design and executing prototype
process
Executing MRP's, Processing PO's and follow ups with suppliers to ensure
timely material receipt
Planning and executing materials supply operations and materials forecast
managements
Establish sourcing for all new products and developing vendors
Negotiation with suppliers on Price, delivery schedule, quality, product
development, and other terms and conditions pertaining to supply etc.
Buyer for automobile interior production materials (Customer: FORD India)
Responsible for both production and Non-Prod sourcing and procurement
Purchase order execution and vendor management Contract
Management IT, Services and Machinery commodities
Negotiation with suppliers for price, contracts etc.
Responsible for timely material delivery at the most economical cost, with
quality standards
