1.IT SUPPORT:

- Troubleshoot & maintain the organization’s internet, LAN, WAN, and Wireless LAN connectivity

2. SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE SUPPORT:
- Installations, Maintenance, Repairs and refurbishment of CCTV and Video Surveillance
- Analog/IP Cameras, DVR / NVR, Intrusion Panels, P2P, Access Control, GPS Tracking systems
- VMS Platforms, Video Analytics and Storage, Data (Video) recoveries, Thermal Imaging
3. ELECTRONICS SUPPORT:
- Inspect, Evaluate, Test, and Maintain Electronic equipment and systems (Electro-Mechanical)
- Replace faulty parts and components by using Hand and power tools safely
- Break down, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance

4. ATM SUPPORT:
- Software Installations, and testing of all modules functionality
- Preventive Maintenance, Workshop Repairs, On-site repairs within SLA
- Testing and Repairing of Diebold and Wincor ATM Modules
- Site Inspections, ATM installations, ATM Staging
