• Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual commission targets and administer the commission plan.
• Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company’s strategy.
• Process, organize, and file customer orders.
• Collaborates with the General Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Collaborates with General Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
