1. Supervise excavation / backfilling / rebar fixing / formwork installing / concrete pouring works.
2. Prepare and follow up the planning.

4. Prepare the monthly quantities for the monthly payments.
5. Supervise safety measures taken on site.
6. Prepare technical reports for the management.
7. Checking detailed drawings with the contractors and provide assistance and solutions for construction.
8. Conduct meetings with/between the client, the contractor and the local authorities.
9. Coordinate works between different contractors.
10. Create new drawings or modifying old ones.

I was responsible for three infrastructure projects in Luanda, which included two highway construction, a bridge, and 10 massive retaining walls. The main contractors were Portuguese, Brazilian and Chinese. The main tasks if my work were:
1. Supervise excavation / backfilling / rebar fixing / formwork installing / concrete pouring works and executing the required tests for the materials (gravel, sand, cement, concrete, steel, backfill, asphalt) in the Laboratory.
2. Prepare and follow up the planning.
3. Modificate and follow up the B.O.Q.
4. Prepare the monthly quantities for the monthly payments.
5. Supervise safety measures taken on site.
6. Prepare technical reports for the management.
7. Checking detailed drawings with the contractors and provide assistance and solutions for construction.
8. Conduct meetings with/between the client, the contractor and the local authorities.
9. Coordinate works between different contractors.
1. Assist the Head Of Department in the preparation and updating of budgets.
2. Perform cost control activities and prepare the cost breakdown and the cash flow.
3. Verify the cost allocation of resources.
4. Provide assistant and support to planning and cost control engineers/officers working on site and develop self-knowledge and skills in order to be able to fulfill their role when needed.
5. Prepare regular reports including projects summaries in order to highlight the major deviations in terms of planning and cost.
6. Takes advantage of on-the-job training opportunities to increase capability and skill level.

2. Supervise the installation of DOKA and PERI formwork.
3. Supervise the installation of climbing formwork.
