I'm start with AJC at KSA and established a new division from A ~ Z, policies, rolls, manpower, buildings, workshops and spare parts warehouses, asphalt, concrete and crushers plants, procurement, sales and after sale service, consist of :
Fleet management system FMS, JDE, PMP, CMP and FTS.

AJ fleet consist of major diverse numbers, construction equipments reach to 18, 000 units in AJ group as construction machines, tower cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, earthmoving, side booms, pumps, drilling machines, trucks, dumpers, power generators, asphalt plants, concrete plants, stone crushers reach to implement the mega projects .

Managing and Operations & maintenance of a wide range of earth moving machines, Construction, mining and mobile and stationary plants machineries (concrete plants, asphalt plants, crushers and block interlock and precast products).
Manage the fleet of construction machines and transportation fleet for material and manpower reach to 3000 equipment from fuel tankers, flat bed trucks, low bed trucks, tipper trucks, tipper trailers, dozers, graders, shovels, tower, mobile and crawlers cranes and concrete plants, asphalt plants stone crushers and precast plants,
the strategy depend on support the company projects by all required to implement it on the time, mega infrastructures and housing projects.

Installations of the electromechanical equipments with MV and LV systems as RMU(ABB brand), standby
power generators(CUMMEN and CAT ) up to 2500KVA, ATS systems, SCADA systems, sewage water
pumping stations (ABS, FLYGT, GRUNFOS, KSB, up to 850 KW, air compressors 800KW with distribution
ducts, protection systems, fire alarm systems, lighting systems and UGC wiring and distribution power
board panels with all accessories
Working with SEPCO Ltd as electrical maintenance manager for the treatment plants, pump stations of
Jeddah city -khomra treatment plants, Jamia, Banimalik & Eskan.
Managing service technicians & supervisors to maintain all type of plant maintenance systems & related activities.
Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Inspect and receive the equipments from contractors on behalf of the facility owner.
Ordering spare parts and finding substitute parts whenever original parts are not available.
Simplify operation maintenance manuals of equipment manufactures to suit for technicians.
Provides various engineering services including with Rewinding, Repairing and Overhauling of Maintenance
and rewinding pumps motors from 10khp to 850khp and generators &mechanical processing maintenance and
controllers units and include the training for the work staff in all divisions.
