• Troubleshooting of all electrical equipment like LV-MV VSD (AB PF 755, 753, 7000), MCC and LV-MV MOTOR etc.
• Working with instruments like proximity sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, MAG type flow meters.
• PM and weekly inspection of transformers (34.4kv/4.16kv and 34.4KV/0.480kv), EDG.
• Prepare equipment QVD.
• Commissioning and erection of 300-meter belt conveyor from calcination to smelter tanks.
• Manage contract manpower and work planning.
• Having knowledge of white side all equipment like Disc filter, Pan filter, Calcination, Belt conveyor, 3 drive thickener etc.
• Doing troubleshooting and maintenance of material handling Elevator.
• Doing Maintenance Work Planning, Arranging Material, creating work order and work request through ORACLE eAM system.

• Commissioning and erection of plant electrical panels, cables try work, cable laying work.
• Commissioning and testing of HT-LT panels ABB and Siemens make.
• Checking of bus bar tightness of HT-LT panels.
• Erection and commissioning of ALLEN BREDLY power flex 753 make VFD Drives panels also parameter uploading.
• Arrange men power and supervision of them.
• Working with 33kv/440 v 2.5 MVA transformers.

• Handling of all kinds of electrical instruments and equipment.
• Working with all kinds of AB Drives, PLC, and Weighing Scale up to 6000 kg, AB Panel View 700, 1000, 1500, GE FANUC, IFIX SCADA Software and CO2 Analyzer.
• Handling and doing maintenance of ATLAS COMPCO make screw type Air Compressor. Like maintenance of electrical panel, clean air filters; check all thermostat, pressure sensors, motor checking and check cooling fan motors.
• Doing maintenance of racy pocketing compressor type air dryer.

• Troubleshooting, preventive & breakdown maintenance of Process Plant instruments.
• Handling of all kinds of PLC 5/25 & 5/40, SLC 5/05 and ControlLogix Systems.
• Working with Allen Bradley, Magnetek, Telemecanique make of AC & DC Drives, HMI Panel, MCC Panel, PDB Panel, ABB & KUKA Robots, etc.
• Operations and maintenance of Ameritherm & Pillar make of Radio Frequency Generators.
• Procurement of materials, discussions with vendors for scrutinizing of technical Specification.

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of HT/LT Switchgears, Transformers, Relays, Motor Starters, Lighting and EOT Cranes.
• Working with AC / DC Drives of Siemens, Indramat and Eurotherm make.
• Working with PLCS Siemens (S7), GE Fanuc, and Cegelac Alspa make, Photo sensors, defuse sensors, PX Switches, Different types of valves, Laser system for horizontal adjustment, height sensors for vertical control, Pressure and flow switches, Welding M/C, Transformers, and other field equipments, CNC & HNC machines, VCB, ACB and Relays.
• Working and doing maintenance of ATLAS COMPCO and DEMAG make air compressors.
