● During the last two years, I worked closely with Nawras Telecom (Ooredoo Oman) in Muscat,
Oman to achieve business objectives; pleasingly different customer experience, brand
awareness, and sales leads. Together we achieved great milestones and ROIs and set the
bar for social media in Oman.
● Organizing the first Instagram Exhibition in Oman and the region. It received more than 2, 000
participations. This event got international attention from industry professionals and
influencers.
● Communicating with 3 rd parties and other agencies in order to deliver offline and online
campaigns for clients.
● Responsible for the management of different social media channels of our clients, such as
Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and more.
● Acting as the voice of our clients on the social media space, engaging in dialogues and
answering questions where appropriate and engage in conversations with our target
audience.
● Creating social content calendars, preparing online media monitoring reports and helping in
setting accounts' strategies.
● Following up with clients and different departments within the company to complete the
accounts' requirements.
● Communities handled: UNICEF-MENA, The Walk JBR, MediaME, Samsung, Nawras and
worked on a few projects for Edelman.
● Writing proposals, coordinating and managing projects proposed by organizations such as;
UN, USAID, WHO, World Bank, etc.
● Dealing with clients during and after the projects are done to make sure that we've achieved
our clients' goals and reached their expectations.
● Controlling documents and supervising phases (goods' inspection, packaging and following
up with the shipping companies) of supplying the products/services needed to execute the
projects.
● The work was basically about helping and solving customers' technical issues which are
related to the architecture, IOS and the operation of different platforms of routers and
switches.
● Solving problems of different levels of difficulty and following up with our customers to assure
our customers’ satisfaction, which was the main goal of our technical support center.
● Dealing with customers from different nationalities all around the globe.
● Writing proposals, coordinating and managing projects proposed by organizations such as;
UN, USAID, WHO, World Bank, etc.
