• Review and analysis of Base Line Programme submitted by the Contractor and recommend to the Employer.
• Review and analyze the Extension of Time Claims (EOT) and provide Engineers determination to the Employer.
• Understanding of Employers objectives and program’s to effectively implement in the same to control and monitoring of the project.
• Review and analysis of documents related to Monitoring and Control of the project.
• Review of Daily Site Progress reports and actual progress at site.
• Review of Weekly updated Project Base Line Programme and conducting site walks to ensure the actual site progress.
• Keep Track of the progress and ensure that the Project is on time and on budget.
• Analyze the Contractors work progress and notify the Employer for any potential delays.
• Monitor and Track the Progress of works and advice on the mitigation required and recommendations in case of delay.
• Identifying the potential risks in the project.
• Record Contractors concurrent delays and send regular delay notifications to the Contractor.
• Attend the progress meetings with the Employer and Contractor.
• Prepare Monthly Dashboards and Presentation for Employers Review.
• Assisting in preparation and evaluations of Contractors and Consultants variations and payments.
