i am handling Electrical, plumbing & drainage system

 Reviewing the tender documents and project specifications.
 Study and understand the Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing shop drawings. Implement changes in the shop drawings as per the site condition.
 Preparations of submittals for local authority approvals.
 Preparations of voltage drop calculation, calculations power factor correction, and load schedules.
 Reporting to the Project manager for the latest updating on the drawing submissions, daily reports, monthly reports, material status etc.
 Prepare projects material submittals, Method statements and shop drawings to get approval from consultant and client.
 Estimation of Materials for the project as per approved shop drawing and ordering materials.


 Attend Project coordination meeting with consultant, and client and prepare minutes of meeting.
 Maintained effective working relationship with consultant, client, vendors and outside agencies etc.
 Coordinating with Quantity surveyor for preparing bills and variation claims.
 Coordination with facility management team for testing and commissioning.
 Maintains personal experts on all aspects of health, safety and protection of the environment by continual learning and study.
 Try to ensure full safety and better quality work at site.

 Execution of Low Current System such as lighting, power, fire alarm, Telephone, public address system and water supply, plumbing, drainage & fire fighting.
 Load calculation for Distribution Board, Sub Main Distribution Board, Main Distribution Board and cable size.
 Client / Consultant approval documentation for MEP services approvals
 Providing technical leadership on all M.E.P & civil related activities for the project and maintain standard specifications.
 Material Management - Evaluating the Exact Quantity of material required for the Project and indents the same accordingly.

 Execution of Low Current System such as lighting, power, fire alarm, public address system
 Planning and Procurement for all Electrical services
 Co-ordination with local authorizes for drawing approval and inspection service
 Man power planning and arrangement for various contractual activities.
 Preparation of work program.
