Responsibilities include Site Technical supervision, (Infrastructure, Sewer treatment plant, Centralized water supply system, Fire fighting system, Irrigation system, VRV system, Commercial center, Private villas), Reviewing and Approval of Material Submittals, Variation claims / orders, Payment certificates, Material inspections, Shop drawings, MEP Coordination drawings, Heat load calculations, Water pump head calculations, selection of Pumps for infrastructure (Potable water system, Firefigting network, irrigation network, Sewer treatment plant, Fuel supply system) and Villas etc, Liason with Contractor and Client representatives etc .

• Responsible for the technical implementation of the project as measured against the project requirements, quality targets, and timelines. Ensures technical deliverables are consistent with the overall technical strategy of the project.
• Managing coordination activity on site with Client & Contractor including design modification, approvals, site execution, Tender analysis, planning and invoice releasing.
• Review and approve Prequalification documents for Subcontractors, Suppliers, Technical submittals, Material submittals, Method Statements, Payment Certificates, Variation orders etc.
• Review Salient features of contract documents, job specifications, design requirements and documents of sub-contractors like quality plan, inspection and test plan, procedures etc.
• Review, Revamp Shop drawings, Issued for Construction & Builders work drawings.
• Coordination with Architectural and Civil department for Mechanical openings, Pipe sleeves, false ceiling layout, Manholes, etc.
• Coordination with Electrical department for services above false ceiling, Electrical load requirements, Underground cable routings and Mechanical piping services etc.
• Conduct Kick-off, Workshop and regular meetings, with contractors, Suppliers and preparation of minutes of meetings.
• Conduct Progress review and Coordination meetings with Contractors.
• Conduct Design review and workshop meeting for Design & Built project with the Design consultant / Contractor.
• Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Provide Technical assistance to the Project Engineer / Site Engineer.
• Study and providing modification for method statement for installation, Testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, etc.
• Approval for Material Inspection requests, Installation & Work completion inspection request at site.
• Rectification and remedial measures for unsatisfactory works at site.
• Prepare and Issue Letters, NCRs, Site instructions, and Engineer’s Instruction to contractors.
• Checking and certifying monthly progress payment, Invoices and material approval schedules.
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly work progress reports for Client, PMO & Project manager.
• Tracking, Supervising and reporting the project progress works on daily basis to the Project manager directly.
• Supervising works at site so as to be carried out in accordance to the industry standards.
• Review, Revamped and verification of conceptual and detailed design drawings.
• Carry out site survey for the existing site conditions, Identify the constraints, provide feedback to the Design Engineer to assist in Designing/Upgrading the existing facilities as per the Client’s requirements.

• Reviewing Tender drawings, Contract drawing, Shop Drawings.
• Reviewing the Infrastructure design drawings for mechanical utilities (District cooling network, Sewerage network, Potable water supply network, firefighting network, Storm water network).
• Reviewing of heat load calculations, Hydraulic design calculations for chilled water network.
• Conducting and Participation in the progress and coordination meetings
• Liaison and coordination with all Designer consultants, Site Supervision consultants for coordination and information exchange.
• Review of conceptual and detailed design drawings
• Coordination of Design drawings of building designers with the infrastructure design drawings
• Participation in Design review meetings and workshops.
• Reviewing and providing recommendation on variation orders from the contractors
• Reviewing the document submittals.
• Replying to the RFI’s (Request for Information) from Designers, consultants and the contractors

• Heat load Calculations using Carrier E20 software (Block load, HAP)
• Designing of all Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Water supply and Fire fighting) for High rise commercial and residential buildings, Private villas, Hotels, Educational institutions, Mosques, Housing Villa complex, Hospitals.
• Preparing of Detailed Design drawings and Tender drawings in AutoCAD.
• Coordination with other aspects (Structural, Architectural & Electrical)
• Preparing specifications
• Participation in design review meetings and workshops.
• Participation in the progress and coordination meetings.
• Liaison and coordination with Client, Site Supervision consultant, Contractor for coordination and information exchange.
• Reviewing the document submittals.
• Inspection and the supervision of works on site
• Provide assistance to the Project Engineer/Site Engineer.
• Tracking work progress on site.
• Take part in weekly meetings with the Project manager.
• Ensuring that site works are carried out in accordance to the industry standards
