Coordinate with project manager and other engineers on inspection or technical issues if any pertaining to the Drawings.
Preparation of Architectural Drawings, Plans, Sections, Elevations.
Drafting Structural and As-build drawings.
To assist the Senior Architect by preparing details for the interior and other necessary works related to drawings.
Responsibilities are Preliminary Presentation drawings, details construction drawings of all structures using AutoCAD.
Execute Designs from Floor plans, Elevations.
Preparation of Preliminary design and drafting with standard Arch, symbols and layouts.
Maintained proper Filing of Negotiation documents & Drawings.
Drafting floor plans showing presentation and construction details using layers.
Handling Construction & Maintenance Projects including execution of activities.
Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the Projects for ensuring completion of Project within the scheduled time.
Responsible in the preparations of construction design of all civil system prior to installation work.
Request material, tools and equipment needed.
Ensure safe work environments.
Get the approval from consultant as per contract documents “Work Inspection Request.
Attend all progress review meetings.
