JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Gives direct nursing care.
2. Identifies nursing needs of patients.
3. Plans, gives and evaluates nursing care.
4. Admits patients.
5. Performs such nursing care such as bathing and oral hygiene.
6. Assists patient in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient body and utilizing good body mechanics.
7. Takes, monitor and records vital signs.
8. Observe medical sepsis.
9. Reports observation to the physician.
10. Observe and responds to patient’s emotional and spiritual needs.
11. Interprets to the patients for, and his family their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation.
12. Prepares patient for, and assists physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
13. Carries out Doctor’s legal order.
14. Performs irrigations, catheterization and enemas.

15. Administers and charts medication and patients reaction to medication.
16. Performs post mortem care.
17. Acts as senior nurse when so delegated.
18. Interpret hospital policies and procedure.
19. Attends meeting and conferences.
20. sterilized Instruments and maintain the sterility.
21.Assist Patient and doctor regarding insurance.
