Appointed Person for Lifting Operations:
1. Appropriate planning of all lifting operations.
2. Preparing lifting Plan and regularly update it.

PLANT DEPARTMENT:
• Manage, coordinate and control all aspects of engineering in order to meet agreed departmental objectives.
• Manage and control the maintenance strategy on a day-to-day basis, including routine, special and stop period maintenance, and to develop and implement capital activities.
• Ensure ADEHSMS, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and targets are met and maintained within defined company procedures and legislative requirements.
• Identify areas for engineering and financial improvement and enable their inception whilst maintaining an appropriate level of availability and reliability of equipment.
• Ensure the safe and effective introduction of new equipment, capital expenditure and process improvement technologies.
• Determine training requirements and prepare training plans.
• Deputize in an equivalent position as required (competence permitting).
• Undertake any other reasonable task as required (competence permitting)
Additional Knowledge,
• Construction supervision and management of all mechanical activities including equipment installation, piping fabrication/installation/testing, heavy lifts, transportation plans, HSE aspects etc.
• Ensuring quality of the mechanical engineering deliverables, equipment during manufacturing / installation, piping fabrication/installation, testing, pre-comm & commissioning etc. including review of relevant procedures
• Keep requisite documentation/records w.r.t. activities at various stages of project, produce reports and suggest improvements
Job Responsibilities:
Reported directed to the managing Director.
Responsible for managing all inspection activities associated with projects in the most economical manner, coordination of the work of the Operators, updating & preparation of the inspection files and for writing, publishing & distribution of the inspection reports.
Ensures timelines of project deliverables (Ghant Charts, Project status reports, escalation and internal communication to stakeholders both on status and on the facilitation of project initiatives that may have reached an impasse);
Plans and manages the day to day activities of team members including:
- Prioritization of work
- Coordination of resources and meeting plans
- ensuring completion of high quality of deliverables including (but not limited to) design documentation, build audits, test plans and scripts
Prepares training curriculum and activation plans;
Interfaces regularly with operations and infrastructure teams.
Prepares budgetary documents for unit’s needs.

Assign and guide the Operators for prior work.
