Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning and executing all operational activities for smooth and flawless operation of the project to deliver all project objectives.
- Participate in recruitment and placement of staff required for various functional responsibilities as per requirements.
-Support the Rehabilitation Project Manager to manage the M&E framework including planning and budget management
-Support the Rehabilitation Project Manager to supervise the development and utilization of methodologies and tools for the project and ensure quality of its activities and interventions
- Support the Rehabilitation Project Manager to set up a coordination platform and facilitate networking, coordination and collaboration between different rehabilitation stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
-During the first year the main role is providing technical supervision for occupational therapist with all responsibilities below, and then to provide support and supervision for all rehab staff.
-Providing training (internal/ external) for rehabilitation team.
-Evaluate the technical level of the rehabilitation staff, and build a appropriate plan to improve the provided intervention for beneficiaries.
-Creating educational leaflet about different impairments.
-Provide trainings for external partners to improve the services provided for people with disability.
Al Basheer Hospital is a governmental hospital, under MoH, is a central hospital for health services and rehabilitation services is one of major one in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assess patients and provide holistic treatment plan, using client centre approach
•Implement technical assessment to identify the need of patients and to empower the family to be able to manage and follow objectives of the treatment plan.
•Support occupational therapy students from University of Jordan, implementing practical courses in the hospital

•Support special education courses in the Association and coordinator for Prince Al Hassan price for youth.
•Responsible about the education courses for student’s age 11-18 years old.
