• In charge for the all Company Tower facilities contracts (Security cleaning, pest control, maintenance, firefighting, furniture & construction issues).
• Handled and supervision the maintenance team.

• Handling the operation part of organizing the company events in the Tower.

• Improving fleet administration standards and policies for vehicle operation.

• Direct and coordinate all operational activities in order to optimize the use of equipment, facilities, and other resources.

• Developing, implementing and enforcing an effective vehicle and equipment management system and policies such as vehicle tracking system, maintenance & repair procedure and cost reduction.

• In charge for insurance requirements as well handling claims with insurance companies and keep track of renewals and dates (for vehicles and projects).

• Supervise and if necessary undertake the timely repair and servicing of damaged vehicles in order to minimize downtime.

• Meets ongoing logistics operations requirements in line with the growth of the business.

• Prepare cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.

• Handle issues related with traffic authority.

• In charge for the all accommodations and local hotels booking.

• In charge and authorized for the hotel booking, telephone, mobile & data line for all stuff and the projects.

• In charge of more than 1700 labors & Guards and 40 employees.

• Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the supervisory personnel and drivers.


• Establishment of KPIs for internal staff and outsourced contractors and track performance levels against set KPIs. Develop, motivate and empower employees so that KPI’s are achieved.

• Oversee the Camps and Transportations activities and ensure adherence to legal and safety requirements.


• Ensure the transport of staff and set the work schedule of company bus drivers.

• Manage the technical section to ensure timely and cost effective maintenance and repairs of fleet of trucks, buses and company cars, as well as other machinery and equipment.

• Manage the inventory of spares parts for vehicles, in order to ensure an adequate supply of spares.

• Handle issues related with traffic authority.

• Conduct analysis of vehicle status and make recommendations for timely replacement, including type of vehicles, spares etc. in order to improve cost-efficiency.

• Control transfer and movement of vehicles between project locations as required by operations.

• Provide recommendations for lowering vehicle-operating expenses and reduce idle time of vehicles.

• Ensure all vehicle operation policies and systems are up to date and enforced within field operations.

• Ensuring an effective system is in place and cost minimize in respect of fuel, maintenance and service.

• In charge of all the labor accommodations.

• In charge for the warehouses for all the projects tools and materials.

• Responsible of all the labors leave salaries and time sheet.

• Daily field trip to the project location to supervise the status of the project implementation.

• Responsible of the entire warehouse inventory (import & export) all reports are checked by me on a daily bases.

• Responsible for all the personal and healthy conditions for all the labors and employees under my department, with finding the appropriate solutions for individual cases.

• Responsible on training labors on how to work under pressure and how to have a team work atmosphere, where to have the extreme job result.

• Prepare both a weekly and a monthly report to the top management including all the projects and labors status and performance.
