• Directly deal with Insurance Companies and Healthcare Providers in Health Insurance Management in the Gulf Region.
• Provide Members and Providers with insurance policy coverage.
• Respond to Providers and Payers` inquiry regarding members` requests or pending claims.
• Answer customer telephone calls regarding existing health insurance accounts.
• Make requested policy and account changes.
• Respond to questions and concerns about service and escalate calls appropriately.
• Consult with customers to evaluate needs and determine best option.
• Counsel customers on options for service and coverage.
• Upgrade service and offer additional service packages or option.
• Performed other duties as assigned.
• Consistently improve customer satisfaction through expert resolution of conflicts issues and concerns.
