Resolving issues related to B.O.M. and Production cost information accuracy over SAP that costs 8 million EGP.
•Saving 4 million EGP by controlling the defect rate over the production operations and material usage.
•Creating a new flow up system that enhanced the production controlling activates by at least 90%.
• Communicate and assist in resolving issues related to B.O.M. accuracy, vendor performance, purchase orders and other related issues with appropriate departments.
• Perform all needed OEE, Productivity, Waste Analyses and production plan reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
• Responsible for analyzing the production methods and coming up with more efficient ways of manufacturing products and tracing quality issues.
• Monitoring the application of traceability policy in the production process.
• Maintain accurate item inventory data through the use of corporate tools such as cycle counts.
• Aid in the managing of inventory to avoid the occurrence of stock-outs through cycle counting.
• Review items regularly to ensure that non-moving, obsolete, damaged and scrap inventory is dealt with timely, Provide information and recommendation of such items.
• Maintain raw and packaging materials quality.
• Developing new business by networking with valuable customers.
• Collects and processes payments.
• Ensuring superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems on the spot.
