• Responsible for all the queries Related to Sales, Reservation and fare of different airlines, and International ticket booking, seat confirmation.
• Using Amadeus system for Calculating and quoting Airfares to process Tickets.
• Use Amadeus to Make Refund all kind of tickets & Reissue &Revalidate & Reroute.
• Use BSP link to issue VMPD/EMD
• Use all tolls to Provide the client (Corporate & Individual) a good customer Service as (Quotations form /E mail/Fax/Phone )
• Issue Travel Insurance.
• Work Closely with Outgoing Department to handle tour Package and Itinerary. Individual & Group.
• Using Amadeus system for Issuing EMD.
Responspalty:
• Using Galileo Computer& Amadeus Computer System.
• Responsible for all the queries Related to Sales, Reservation and fare of different airlines, and International ticket booking, seat confirmation. for ticketing department.
• Tour Operator outgoing & in pound (Corporate division), using Online System &offline throw Suppliers & Hotel Direct.
Handling the following:
1) Make a hotel accommodation reservation all over the worldwide
2) Airport transfers & Car rentals
3) Sightseeing tours In Egypt.
4) Visa services for Egyptians and foreign residents
5) Medical travel insurance
6) Packages all over the world
7) Special packages for Honeymooners
Hotel reservation through online systems like (Miki- Travco - Dotw - Special tours - Total holidays - Tourico - and any online system)
• Using Galileo Computer & Sabre Computer System to Make Reservation and Issue all kind of ticket for 45 airlines from Our Office. For Individual and Corporate and Travel agent
• Received the clients’ checks.
• Review the statements of (BSP).
• Make BSP Refund with the Airline.
