• Using Amadeus system for Calculating and quoting Airfares to process Tickets.
• Use Amadeus to Make Refund all kind of tickets & Reissue &Revalidate & Reroute.
• Use BSP link to issue VMPD/EMD
• Use all tolls to Provide the client (Corporate & Individual) a good customer Service as (Quotations form /E mail/Fax/Phone )
• Issue Travel Insurance.
• Work Closely with Outgoing Department to handle tour Package and Itinerary. Individual & Group.
• Using Amadeus system for Issuing EMD.

• Using Galileo Computer& Amadeus Computer System.

Hotel reservation through online systems like (Miki- Travco - Dotw - Special tours - Total holidays - Tourico - and any online system)

• Using Galileo Computer & Sabre Computer System to Make Reservation and Issue all kind of ticket for 45 airlines from Our Office. For Individual and Corporate and Travel agent
• Received the clients’ checks.
• Review the statements of (BSP).
• Make BSP Refund with the Airline.
