•Design, setup and manage IT Infrastructure on AWS cloud for various projects as per
requirements.
• Setup and manage VPNs between Client Network / Datacenters and AWS cloud VPC.
• Dexterously supporting 100+ hosted servers in different data centers, 20 + Core Network
Equipment, 5000+ GPS/GPRS devices, multiple APN with leased lines & various GPS & GPRS
devices.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure including server hardware, VMware environment, data
storage, switching and routing, backups, email, Proxy & firewall, spam filtering, AV, VPN,
Active Directory for the entire Network as well as wireless, GPS & GPRS devices.
• Level-3 IT support.
• Service and security of the entire network inside office and the servers hosted outside on
cloud (AWS).
• Coordination and supervision of the entire project rollouts especially for the hardware
installations.
• Users and Servers backup within the company & hosted projects on cloud.
• Project pre-analysis and hardware compatibility for the upcoming projects and products.
• Providing infrastructure services including server applications, LAN / WAN, IT security.
• Utilizing standard corporate tools to record changes, service requests, and problem
activities for tracking purposes.
• Handling and troubleshooting of critical and escalated technical (hardware and
communication related) issues for all projects.
• Researching and testing the compatibility of new hardware with existing products and
projects.
• Providing technical support to onsite support and installation teams & other country heads
who is leading the technical and implementation teams.
• Communicating with customer and sales teams to advise and finalize the suitable
hardware & modules for new customers and the upcoming projects.
• Co-operating and coordinating with onsite and field installation teams to provide better
services to the customers and maximum output from the team members.
• Coordinating between team members and Operation Manager for the quick resolution on
the day to day operational challenges related to the job responsibilities.
