• Explain human resources policies and procedures to all employees.
•Creating and updating HR and employee data on the HR Information System
•Regular maintenance of process trackers for various HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, training, etc
• Preparation of dashboard and updates for senior management review on a monthly basis .
• Respond to employee questions during the entrance and exit interview processes.
• Handle payroll procedures
• Maintain and update company’s organizational charts
• Provide administrative support
• Facilitate year -end talent reviews and articulate team strengths.
• Organize employee schedules, department phone lists, and business card orders.
• Staff training and development experience.
• Process documents for vacation & exit employees.
• processing documents for new arrival employees insurance card.

• Generate employee tracking reports each month like (Sick leave, absent, lwp, Attendance etc.)
• Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements
• Typing distributing official memos.
• Coordinate exit interviews with employees.
• Assess employee performance and issue disciplinary notices.
