• Explain human resources policies and procedures to all employees.
•Creating and updating HR and employee data on the HR Information System
•Regular maintenance of process trackers for various HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, training, etc
• Preparation of dashboard and updates for senior management review on a monthly basis .
