• Receive and store bulk products in designated silos, ensuring safe handling and adherence to product specifications.
• Transfer products to offshore vessels as per operational schedules and company requirements.
• Collect and send product samples to company-approved laboratories for QA/QC inspections.
• Support the Bulk Plant Lead Supervisor in planning, managing, and executing daily plant operations.
• Monitor and control product inventory across large storage facilities, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Perform and support preventive maintenance activities as per scheduled timelines to ensure equipment reliability.
• Conduct equipment certifications at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals per company and contractor standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment status, inventory levels, and daily plant activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to HSE, QA/QC, and service quality standards.
• Take over shift operations from outgoing personnel using detailed operational log sheets; maintain continuous records.
• Maintain accurate logs for operations, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
• Issue work permits and approve work orders in SAP in line with maintenance and operational needs.
• Perform plant start-up and shutdown procedures in accordance with standard protocols.
• Analyse operating logs, processing schedules, and lab feedback to determine required control adjustments.

• Operation of process plant and pipeline with co-ordination of operators
• Able to study process related documents like P&ID, PFD.
• Co-ordinate with instrument, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance crew for smooth running and maintenance of plant.
• Keep close eye on preparation of equipment for maintenance, various report of process variables, production date etc.
• Conducting Toolbox with workers prior to the start of daily activities.
• Attending meeting with Commissioning manager on daily basis and planning of day-to-day activities.
• Implementing all HSE procedures for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment.
• Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
• Resolving technical issue through root cause analysis and provision of technical support / data to maintenance manager
• Responsible for maintaining the Plant Operational Registers like override, LOTO, PTW, shift change over, valve status registers, etc.
• Sampling and analysing the products and feed materials.
• Supporting Site activities as delegated by the Site Operations Manager including Emergency Response, Shift responsibilities.
• Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modification to enhance operational efficiencies of
machine/equipment
