Nature of project- Economic Zone Design and Build Earthworks and Site Grading and development of infra works, in the same land Of area 12 sq .km.
•Attend to inspection request (RFIT) submitted bycontractor and make appropriate action in timely manner.
•Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates.
•Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor. This is to ensure the contractor is managing its resources, health and safety, and equipment needs on the site.
•Report any Works carried out by contractor found to be not in accordance with approved drawing and specifications, and report to immediate Senior concern Resident Engineer /Senior Resident Engineer for proper action and discharge instruction to contractor .
•Preparing surveillance report for any deficiencies of work found at site, that are believe to be failed or contractor not complying with verbal instruction, and subsequent Non Conformance failed (NCR) if reasonable in view of the development of events.
•Monitoring quality of works, and assess the safety at site, including health and environmental issues and ensuring the same to be complying with contracts/QCS specification, safety and health risk assessment, and environmental mitigating measures respectively on a daily basis.
•Maintained records for the daily activities on site including progress photos and readily available for inspection as time need arises .
•Assist in measurement for quantity of work done at site
•Attend and supervise concreting works at job site and report anything that affect the quality of works .
•Periodically check the curing of casted structures and maintained records of concrete pouring done at site
•Exercise firm and fair in dealing with contractor, and exercise better judgment in discharging instruction at all times.

•Frequently visit to approved borrow pit area (approved quarry) and water sources from where contractor using water for construction purpose.
•Collecting water samples and backfilling material for testing with approved laboratory
•Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Senior Resident Engineer (RE) or Resident Engineer (RE).
• Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents.
•Co-ordinate and co-operate with client project manager during their site inspections in the presence of the RE or ARE.
•Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records.
•Supervising the Contractors’ quality control procedures and implement the quality assurance procedures in accordance with the International Standards and ensuring remedial works in case of non-compliance.

Nature of Work : Construction of Pump Station Building, 16 m below ground level and this structure is very close to sea area, due to that using wellpoint dewatering system and sheet piling also.it is also water retaining structure .and installation of sewerage pipeline and house connection.
•Experience in well-point dewatering system and sheet pile installation work.in this project I done more than 15 lift station that is also below ground more than 15 to 20 m and using wellpoint and sheet point for construction work .
•Checking reinforcement, form work and controlling the concreting work Pipe laying - pipe laying work for rising main and gravity mainline. G.R.P. and HDPE and.U -P.V.C pipe line working in costal area near sea.
•More than 8 m deep pipe laying work below G.L. with dewatering system.
•R.C.C. manhole construction work and house connection work for residential plot.
•Total length of pipe laying in that project 700 km.and manhole installation 2500 nos. 30000 plot house connection.
