Currently working project : KING SALMAN INTERNATIONAL COMPLEX FOR MARITIME INDUSTRIES AND SERVICES THE SHIPYARD COMPLEX COVERS AN AREA OF 4.3 SQUARE KM AND WHEN COMPLETE WILL BE THE LARGEST IN THE REGION, PROVIDING A COMBINATION OF OFFSHORE STRUCTURES FABRICATION, NEW SHIPBUILDING AND MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND OVERHAUL (MRO) SERVICES.THE PROJECT OWNED BY SAUDI ARAMCO AND ITS JV PARTNERS (IMI) INTERNATIONAL MARITIME INDUSTRIES, BAHRI, LAMPRELL & HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES (HHI) .THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS 3 BILLION US DOLLARS.
• Responsible for the development and review of the electrical plan of the whole plant carrying out design engineering and 3D modelling in BIM model, the calculation and control of the parameters of the whole field electrical Package for Main Receiving substations, Air compression station, Pump house Station, Industrial Waste water plant, Multifunction Building, Production office, Paint Store, Production Support Building, Access Gate Support Building, Pipe and Hull Shop, Residential Buildings, Government Buildings, Corporate office building etc. ensuring designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations and procedures.
• Major Electrical Equipment for above Package Are Modular Substation, Emergency Diesel Generator, Transformer, MV switchgear, LV Switchgear, MV Capacitor Bank, Lighting Distribution Board, AC UPS, DC UPS, Motors, VFDs, Soft Starter, Lighting Control System, Lighting Fixtures, Electrical Vehicle Charger, LV Cables, MV Cables, Cable trays, Earthing and Lightening System, Central Battery System, Distribution Supply Unit, Cable bus, Bus Duct, Bustrunking, Cathodic Protection & Anti-Fouling System, cable Lugs glands, instrumentation and other bulk material etc.
• Material engineering including preparation of Purchase specifications, Purchase requisitions, Technical bid analysis, Vendor document / drawing evaluation after order.
• Review of vendor documents for all above packages e.g. datasheets, General arrangement, Schematic SLD, instrumentation and sizing of cables. Review of cable sizing and cable routing based on international standards e.g IEEE45.
• Reviewing & Approving Material Requisition for Electrical System from JACOB Engineering.
• Reviewing Basis of design for Infrastructure & Buildings for Electrical.
• Co-ordination with Internal Departments, Clients & Inspection Agencies.

• Validation of Security System drawing and Specification as per HCIS 2017 SEC 1 to SEC 14.
• Coordination with HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) Security Consultant for Preliminary Stage 2 Design.
• Feed Verification and endorsement report.
• Technical BID Evaluation (TBE) for Vendor offers, Vendor Engineering document checking and validation and vendor follow up.
• Interfacing with other EPC Package for critical design issue. Raising and responding queries through Coreworx.
• Cooperate with Project Manager to carry out the above duties and carry out statistical comparison and tracking of the Electrical deliverables, material requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, electrical equipment supply and construction assistance. "
• Construction engineering activities including MTOs, shop drawings and job package preparation and Resolving site queries to meet execution requirements.
• Visit to Italy for Vendor evaluation and approval along with Client SAUDI ARAMCO.

Project: EPC - GR5 Gas Compressor Station & Gas pipeline Project, SONATRACH SPA Algeria.
Project: EPC - ESI Carbon Capture and Storage Project, Masdar-ADNOC, Abudhabi.
Project: EPC - Habshan Sulphur Granulation Project, GASCO, Abu dhabi
• Preparation of Calculation for Lightning, Load List & Earthing, Preparation of Sizing calculation for Electrical Equipment such as Power Transformer, DG set, AC & DC UPS, Cable, Cable tray, Capacitor bank, Neutral Earthing resistor, Heat tracing. Preparation of MR, Technical Comparison/TBA, Technical meeting and raising TQ’s for Electrical Equipment with procurement. Preparation of Bill of material for Cables, Cable gland, Lugs, Earthing, Lightning, Lighting materials, Termination joints for MV Cables and other electrical accessories. Preparation of Electrical Equipment, Earthing, Lighting, Lightning, Telecom equipment & hazardous area layout drawings, Cathodic protection as per project Requirement. Review & approve project related documents.
• Coordinate with Client for engineering document approval and vendor coordination for design implementation.
