A part of Global Engineering & Delivery team for deployments of projects across APAC, USA, Finland & Middle
East region aligned with Centre of Excellence.
 Responsible for planning, execution, commissioning & testing of SCADA System encompassing
RTUs/remote I/Os, Gateways & various communication devices.
 Collaborate with other cyber security specialists in GE units around the world
 Support equipment sourcing (technical inputs, equipment evaluation)
 Design, configure and develop HMI & SCADA applications including monitoring of system
performance.
 Perform Cyber Security & SCADA system validation and factory acceptance test (FAT).
 Support SCADA system engineering tasks including but not limited to SCADA systems database
configurations, upgrades / modifications, communication network configurations, firewall & cyber
security configurations and testing the control system configuration on mirror platforms.
 Power Plant Controller/Grid Compliance Testing & Commissioning (including SCADA signal P2P
testing) with Power Utilities with their control center over IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus, IEC
61850 & DNP3 protocol successfully.
 System Integration: Proficiency in testing SAS systems and integrating them with various IEDs,
meters, and devices
 System Architectures: Knowledge of various architectures, including RSTP, PRP, and HSR & other
industrial networks.
 Develop project documentation (Commissioning documents, Drawings/SLD, SCADA signal IO List, Cable
Schedule, As built drawings, SCADA Operator & Training Manual) as required.

Global Engineering & Delivery of projects within one Team for APAC, USA & Middle East region with CoE
standards.
 Provide technical & commercial support to the Tendering/Procurement team (in coordination with engineering
team) for all the potential opportunities.
 SCADA RFPs, SCADA Schematic & Block diagrams (AutoCAD) in compliance with tender requirement.
 Validate functionality of the site SCADA system, power plant controller and HMI.
 Product development: Developed & successfully commissioned PV-DG Hybrid synchronization/Zero back feed
control based on Phoenix contact PLC including standard processes (algorithm, Control philosophy Panel
manufacturing, SLDs, Manuals & As built documents).
 SCADA designs different project Stakeholders (Owner, Owner Consultants, Developers, Independent Engineer,
Power Utilities/Dispatch centers, Forecasting agency) for different SCADA aspects & successful delivery of the
project.
 Standardization of products offering & existing products improvement
 Power Plant Controller/Grid Compliance Testing & Commissioning (including SCADA signal P2P testing) with Power
Utilities with their control center over IE 60870-5-101/104 protocol successfully.
 AMI Telemetry/metering panels integration with power utilities & plant SCADA over DLMS protocol.
 Develop project documentation (Commissioning documents, Drawings/SLD, SCADA signal IO List, Cable
Schedule, As built drawings, SCADA Operator & Training Manual) as required.
 Provide project reports and other information to the management.
 Participation in different project activities (Cold/Hot Commissioning/Testing & Commissioning) during project
execution.

Team Lead: Leading a team consisting of 10 members, Industrial Automation & Scada projects delivery.
 Interaction with customers & provide all the possible technical support to them, including installations,
commissioning, servicing & close follow-up with the sales & logistic team.
 Program development & standardization of function used for different OEMs.
 Design, development, optimized engineering, Modification & troubleshooting for PLC & SCADA different
Applications. Development of standard libraries & function block for industrial process applications.
 Demonstrating products, services, and solutions to potential clients.
 SCADA - Creation of database of tag/Real time & Historical trend/Alarm & Event /Communication with PLC/Fault
finding & Troubleshooting.

Senior Engineer - Automation:
 Project Commissioning & Technical Support/Trainings to new onboard system integrators, distributors &
customers for PLC, I/Os, Fieldbus (Interbus), Wireless products, Switches (Managed/Unmanaged).
 Design and development of HMI & local SCADA in RS View 32, FT View Studio (ME & SE), Vantage Point,
Historian.
 Modification, troubleshooting, problem finding & Root cause analysis for PLC, HMI, SCADA based Application.
 Communication with different protocols (Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus, TCP/IP, OPC, and Canbus for
different client requirements, Integration of Phoenix contact PLC with SQl server 2005 & Visual Basic application.
 Programming development & troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLC (MicroLogix Series, SLC Series, Compact Logix,
and Control Logix) by using RSlogix500, RSlogix5000
 Development, Modification and troubleshooting for PLC, HMI, and SCADA based Application.
