Planning and process control of entire plant operations, raw materials management and monitoring. Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery commitments of finished goods. Control and ensure ISO 9001-2000 & BASEC standards are in place.
• My roles and responsibilities mainly revolve around the production planning of the entire shop floor for high machine utilization while considering the quality & delivery dates allotted for each customer. Also ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery commitments of finished goods.
• Preparation of Production Plan, Material Requirement Plan, monthly machine Job Scheduling considering customer delivery requirements.
• Raw Materials request on a daily basis and leftover control by following Lean Production Principle.
• Closely monitoring the work in` process (WIP) metal tonnage and retaining the WIP Metal tonnage to a minimum value.
• Daily monitoring of production processes to ensure Plant operational effectiveness by providing solutions to shift engineers and supervisors.
• Monitoring consumption of Raw Materials on weekly and monthly basis.
• Analyzing machine production reports based on machine outputs (daily, monthly, yearly basis) and monitor master production schedule accuracy.
• Proactively coordinate with sales department and provide instructions to the team members to complete the urgent requirements.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth flow of production processes (Maintenance, Quality, HR, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Testing).
• Closely coordinating with technical and QC department for the feasibility of manufacturing new cable specification.
• A key member in the ongoing SAP migration and implementation process.
Assisting with overall maintenance of Plant Electrical and Design Estimation & Costing of Tender Documents.
Handled various jobs such as Erection, Testing, Commissioning of EHT and HT Substation, Captive Generation, Equipment and Switch Boards, MCC’s, DB’s PLC controlled Panels etc.
Higher secondary from Vyasa Vidya Peethom Higher Secondary School, Palakkad (2007) Affiliated to CBSE and secured an aggregate of 68 %.
