" Planning, controlling and optimization of the production and manufacturing processes in the assigned Production areas (GG battery assembly)
" Monitor and control the planning of production capacities and material flow. Planning of internal transport and storage of area products.
" Cooperation and coordination with logistics, purchasing, quality, engineering and maintenance with regards to planning, organizing and improvements.
" Coordinate with others Teams/Departments (HPT, CI, HSE, JCMS) regarding all the required activities on Continuous Improvements & Technical Issues of Equipment, Processes, Manpower and Products.
" Environmental monitoring and sustainability improvements in collaboration with HSE & EMS.
" Prepare and submit required reports on time. Attend/conduct regular meetings with the Operations Manager, Shift Coordinator, Shift Supervisor and Area Team Leaders as required.
