Manage and develop a strategic plan of action to ensure the construction cost of the residential project remains
under the decided budget.
* Participates in formal meetings with subcontractors, customers and third party suppliers for technical
clarifications.
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to development teams in implementation of established
architectures and designs.
* Inspects and supervises the inspection of construction projects while in progress and upon completion for
adherence to plans and specifications.
* Managing team of draftsman’s to make all submissions on time, visiting site to monitor progress and resolve any
site issues.
* Attend client presentation and progress meetings to communicate design intent and technical details.
Projects Handled
Monitor design work of consultants creating architectural schemes for
commercial, residential, and mixed-use facilities. Carry out quality control
processes, ensuring design integrity, adherence to codes, architectural
specifications, and timely delivery.
* Manage multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating staffing needs and
schedules, while monitoring contract administration. Prepared
proposals/reports.
* List the construction details including cost estimation, construction
scheduling and coordinated with structural agencies.
* Prepares materials, writes construction specifications, and prepares detailed
requisitions for equipment and materials. Monitor its approval and delivery
on site.
