• Operation and Maintenance of building automation system. Fire detection & alarm system. Gas Fire Alarm suppression system, Audio visual system, home automation system. Access control system/RFID. Intrusion detection system. Security intercom system. CCTV / network digital video management system. Barrier control system, lighting & dimming control system. Emergency lighting control system. Car parking management system, security scanners (x-ray, hh, wt, vehicle), tetra radio system (two-way) master clock system. Hitv/iptv/signage/video display, fountain control system, pa & evacuation system, programmable logic controller.
• Check ELV systems, identify malfunction, trouble shoot and take appropriate action for the rectification of system and equipment, Conducts site visits and inspections as applicable. Updates records/files/logs, compiles data and reports/statistics in order to provide required information, Conduct the maintenance, inspection, repair & upgrading of ELV systems through effective interfacing with relevant Engineering section/s, external consultants.
•Analyzes trends/data/statistics and maintains relevant Unit records (e.g. daily alarm summary reports, lock out points) in order to provide information required for the rectification of faults. During the constructions participate in walk downs to supervise commissioning and functional testing for all major ELV systems. Prepare ELV systems SOP’s.
