Tower - 1 & 2, (4-Basements + G + Mez + 17 floors.)
Tower - 3, 4 & 5, (4-Basements + G + Mez +31-floor)
Area - 5.7 Million sq. ft. Leasable area. (Per floor 71000 sq. ft.) Achievements: Fire- NOC & OC of Tower -1 successfully achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Conducted meticulous review of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Work Orders (WO), project drawings, and scope of work documentation.
• Efficiently raised and managed Requests for Information (RFI) and Risk & Response (R&R), ensuring seamless coordination across departments to overcome project interface challenges.
• Acted as a key liaison between contractors, architects, and clients, facilitating approvals for Material Approval Requests (MAR), shop drawings, and mock-ups.
• Produced and disseminated comprehensive progress reports utilizing advanced tools such as Power BI, Procore, Clovetech, ConstructN-BIM, and Holobuilder, including drone video footage.
• Implemented lean methodologies, including visual management, Kanban boards, Microsoft Planner, knowledge sharing sessions, problem-solving strategies, 5S, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and pull planning.
• Conducted regular weekly site walks for coordination and monthly meetings with all contractors to ensure alignment and progress, documented in Detailed Progress Reports (DPR).
• Performed on-site inspections of construction activities, granting approval for Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensuring adherence to approved materials, methods, and safety protocols.
• Supervised the execution of works in strict accordance with approved material submittals, method statements, construction drawings, and safety measures, maintaining high standards of quality.

Achievements - Successfully completed all RCC & Finishing of 1400-Rooms including Arrival & Departure hall.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducted comprehensive on-site inspections, validating Inspection Requests (IRs) to ensure construction activities adhered to project standards.
• Supervised project execution, ensuring compliance with approved materials,
methods, drawings, and safety protocols.
• Monitored material usage to optimize resource allocation and project costs.
• Facilitated collaboration among Electrical, ICT, HVAC, Fire-Fighting, and
other stakeholders for seamless project progression.
• Implemented daily monitoring systems to track and report project progress
effectively.
• Enforced quality and safety standards on-site, leading toolbox talks and
liaising with quality & safety engineers.
• Assisted contractors in preparing Handover-Takeover (HOTO)
