• Coordinated with civil, HVAC, plumbing & other specialist subcontractors working groups and participated to ensure compliance of HSE and QA/QC standards at the site during project execution
• Followed up with suppliers / sub-contractor to obtain request for quotation (RFQ), bills in time, clarify to all their queries, technical evaluation and make meetings as required
• Assigning Jobs to supervisors and technicians as per schedule and program.
• Making sure of timely completions as instructed by Client / management / superiors.
