Systems Engineer
• Exchange server(2003, 2007, 2010) monitoring and solving all kinds of problem related to mail box, mail box size, mail delivery, web mail access and SMTP related troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of Domain controllers, DHCP, DNS and WINS servers. Responsible for users LAN account and group accounts creation, activation and disabling of accounts and providing support to end users related to Active directory.
• Responsible for all data backup using VERITAS NetBackup and rotation of tape derives using HP library.
• Managing of NetApp Storage handling daily operation task like, configuring, creating LUN and presenting to host troubleshooting of Storage issue
• Expertise in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HP Proliant rack mountable Servers, All HP Blade servers, managing servers through OA
• Experience and expertise in maintenance and monitoring of HP Blade servers and enclosures.
• Active support to management in procurement and deployment of new technology to support the business needs.
• Active member of on going project of “consolidation of servers” using HP blade servers and HP storage
• Providing solutions and support to rectify day to day hardware/software/mailing problems of higher officials.

 Upgrade of Sun Storagetek Backup library from HP 5000 series(Complete)
 Upgrade of Veritas Netbackup Enterprise 6.5.6 to 7.01(Complete)
 Installation configuration of NetApps 3040 storage
 Successful upgrade of Active Directory from 2003 to 2008R2 (Complete)
 Upgrade of Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 (Completed)of 7000 Users
