Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving analytics, movement and storage of materials.

Revamped the entire logistics network for both inbound and outbound, achieving over $100K savings monthly by focusing on efficient work processes such as bulk shipment instead of express delivery and by maintaining a consolidation center for inbound inventory.
Introduced a 7 days training program helping new hires to get on track as quickly as possible
Developed a communication process across department lines (Call center, Operation and 3PL) to achieve customer satisfaction and enhance customer response time.
Oversee day to day warehouse operations. Developed and executed operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
Analyze process workflow, employees, space requirements and warehouse layout.

Expanded MarkaVIP fulfillment center by opening a new 25, 000 SQFT facility to house all adidas products. Today, MarkaVIP is responsible for all of adidas e-commerce expansion in the MENA region.
•Recruited, interviewed and hired 500+ associates across all departments.
•Restructured the entire operation by bringing in new talent and implementing new processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
•Introduced new employee tracking system to monitor weekly performance and policy violations.
•Established new employee evaluation program and KPI’s for all new hires to ramp up for the holiday season.
